Hi,
I cancelled my contract last month and was told I would receive returns bags for my routers / equipment, which I have to return by 20th Sept and if I didn’t I would have to pay £50, but I haven’t received anything to return the goods with yet, please help!

Hi! Thank you for your help, I need two bags as I have two routers, they sent me another one when I was having issues with the fibre installation as a back up

It's going to be very tight, so you may need to ask for mitigation...they may put a note on your file saying they are in the post or whatever.
How many returns bags do you actually require?
Please ensure that your profile information is complete for the forum. Staff need this to identify your account and make sure that they send the bags to your correct address.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
