My internet dropped out 24 hours ago, we have completed all the connection and router checks as advised on line. The router is either flashing amber or constant amber. The TT advisor on chatbot has booked an engineer to attend on the 15th August. I suggested maybe the router is faulty and was advised it was fine. My husband in a router from EE and it was showing the solid white light. I work from home and cannot do without internet for 2 weeks! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
