Since new line connection (bt took down hard wire) my internet connection has been spasmodic @90 years of Age it causing me great distress and frustration. Has anyone else had this problem Seems Talk Talk are having difficulty in correcting my problem

Line test is passing. Is your connection dropping? Have you noticed if the lights change on your ONT and/or router when you're experiencing problems with your service?

Hi Chris I am not up to scratch on tech At present I am not in best of health I am unable to check my computer so I am unable to check it out.For the past 18 months I have had problems with internet due to work being carried out in area It is getting beyond a joke there are so many different companies working up the telegraph poles I don't know what tgey are doing.Sorry for all of this But I am getting a bit fed up.Thanks for contacting me I must go now as I have an . appiontment

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
