Hi chaps, as above. Just stopped about 10 minutes ago. Can't get anything from Test my connection. Am in the process of trying a 30 minute shutdown on both ONT and router, but would be grateful if you could check from your end anyway. Ta.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I've ran a test and this has detected a potential issue. They have asked us to make sure that the router/ONT are switched on and everything is connected securely?

 

Please let me know once both the router and ONT are back on and I will check this again.
