I noticed my internet was slow today and trying to uodate a game the eero router went red and it stopped working, i called talktalk collections team and everything was in order and they were going to lift the restriction but it still hasnt lifted yet

All 4 lights are on,the eero has white light on aswell..cant connect anytging to wifi
