@Lisabarr, you need to go via your avatar/name; settings.  From the drop down menu select Personal Information. 

 

Add the required information. You must then click on SAVE CHANGES.

I previously had no isssues with internet in my hut using a wi fi extender and my old black router am waiting on a replacement extender from yourselves which was supposed to have been ordered over two weeks ago

Yes although my smart tv in my bedroom has also lost internet connection and my bedroom is downstairs fairly close to the eero router
