I am moving on 26th November, it said on email I must plug router in at 8.00 am. I doubt I will have the key that early in the day.

That instruction is so the the engineer can run a test to ensure the connection works, the engineer has a timescale of 8am till 1pm.
Will you have access by 1pm?

They probably mean that your connection will be live from 8am (at the earliest) that day, @PearlWilldig (it can take up to midnight) but if in doubt or needing clarification, ring 03451 720088 or use Chat to check.
