My new hub has not arrived

I am due to have Open Reach install full fibre to my flat on the morning of Tuesday, 10th December 2024, but as yet have not received the new hub from you.

As Ferguson advises, the hub still has a few days to arrive, what model is your current router as this may also be compatible.

There's still time. Which router/Hub do you have presently?
