Just received a new router in the post, unsure why, anything to do with VOIP maybe? Is there any reason why I would be receiving an upgrade? Not received any emails about this?

Are you moving to full fibre with VOIP?
If so this is the router of choice now.
Ful fibre help is not available on the forum so you will need to phone the full fibre team to find out the current state of your connection.
