Just received a new router in the post, unsure why, anything to do with VOIP maybe? Is there any reason why I would be receiving an upgrade? Not received any emails about this?

Hi there @Rossco71 After investigating your account I can confirm a new WIFI Hub 3 VoIP router was ordered and sent to you, however full details and the reason why it was sent are not available on my end. Please contact the full fibre team directly on 03451720074 - VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed. They will assist you further

Are you moving to full fibre with VOIP?

 

If so this is the router of choice now.

 

Ful fibre help is not available on the forum so you will need to phone the full fibre team to find out the current state of your connection.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
