Hi, hope someone can help.
I currently have 2 eero hubs already, however I can never get WiFi in my kitchen, my kids back bedroom & the back of the house. Does TalkTalk support whole home WiFi? I could really do with another hub for the mesh?… I have the 900mb full fibre package.
Thank You

The choice is yours, if you want to do that's fine. Otherwise, let me help you.

I have 2 eero pro 6 900mb full fibre broadband through Openreach. Due to the size of my house and the walls 2 hubs are not efficient to have WiFi in every room. Should I just call TalkTalk to request one? With all my previous providers iv had to have 1 main hub and 2 more for WiFi to reach every room. I have moved the main hub connected to the ONT box from under the stairs to a more open location. But still have black spots in the bedrooms and kitchen. What’s next?

I did not post here to question your suggestions, I was asked to get involved by @Michelle-TalkTalk from TalkTalk due to my skills in this area.
I agree that the router needs to be out in the open, I never questioned what you said there. In fact, I repeated that in my post. However, Full Fibre 900 comes with two eero Pro 6s, not the eero 6. It is only FF150 that uses the eero 6.
When I said about finding the real cause, I do not believe in just helpful suggestions, but investigation led facts. There is far more to reception issues than just the location, I investigate all aspects of this. I agree with @Divsec that it can be counterproductive to have more people making posts on here.

Hi @DJI_MINI_2_SE I'd be grateful if you could avoid further posts on this thread. It doesn't help the customer get a resolution by questioning every line and suggestion made by other contributors. Too many cooks will spoil this broth.
I'm very happy that @KeithFrench has been asked to assist and more than happy to have his expertise employed.

"Can I first ensure that you have two eero Pro 6s as another community member is highlighting information for an eero 6? Let me find the real cause of your problems & suggest the best way to resolve this"
You say "Let me find the real cause" according to the person in the video i linked to having the router in a confined space can cause problems so i suggested having it in the understairs cupboard could cause problems, is that not a real issue?
I didn't know he was using a eero Pro 6 as he doesn't say in the OP, would the same message about confined spaces not apply to the eero Pro 6? equally?

Hi @bunnysvan89
@Michelle-TalkTalk has asked me to help you. Sorry for the length of this post, there is a lot to cover.
Can I first ensure that you have two eero Pro 6s as another community member is highlighting information for an eero 6? Let me find the real cause of your problems & suggest the best way to resolve this. You do mention getting a third eero (again it should be a Pro 6), who provided the full fibre, Openreach, CityFibre or another company, as this will affect that?
Slow speed, intermittent dropouts, breaks in the signal or no signal on some or all devices or no internet access might be caused by Wi-Fi interference from other local networks, which can also lead to a permanent reduction in speed. No ISP can be responsible for your local environment, this is mainly a byproduct of the popularity of Wi-Fi.
Generally speaking, the 2.4GHz band suffers a lot more from interference than the much faster 5GHz band, but the 2.4GHz one can sometimes have a better range, but this all depends on your local area.
In other words, I try to help you optimise your Wi-Fi connection. The next stage involves sending out a guide to you to help you get me some important diagnostic results so that I can analyse them for you and recommend changes to your router configuration to solve them.
I only send this out to people who request it.
Whilst the eero is supposed to manage Wi-Fi interference, if this is very bad, particularly in the 2.4GHz band, then it cannot do anything about it, no router can. The same goes for any router at that point. Other things that may then need to be investigated are its location within your property and the WiFi bands that you use. You mention that the gateway eero is under the stairs, is this out in the open or in an understairs cupboard? You might be able to get that eero further away from the ONT by using a longer Ethernet cable of the Cat 6 specification or greater.

I have been with other providers with WiFi 6 hubs, normally have the main and 1 or 2 extras to cover the home. With full fibre connection your main modem has to be connected to the ONT box which is located under your stairs where the electrics are. I cannot move this. That is not the issue, due to the size of my home I need another hub. The question is, will TalkTalk provide another one? I normally have 3 hubs when I was with Vodafone and Ee they provide the extras.

Hi @bunnysvan89 thanks for that info. Have you tried the Eero upstairs? Also do you have any Alexa products? Some of them can be enabled to act as extenders/mesh devices.

"currently located near the front of the house under the stairs"
That is why you are having issues the router is supposed to be out in the open not in a cupboard.
This is mentioned here -

I have moved it as far as I could without it losing connection from the main router connected to the ONT Box which is currently located near the front of the house under the stairs. Can’t move that unfortunately.

How big is your house?
I ask as it states below two eero's should be able to cover up to 3,000 sq. ft.

Hi @bunnysvan89 have you tried moving your second eero nearer to the back of the house?
How far, roughly, is it between the two eero currently?
