Hi, hope someone can help.

I currently have 2 eero hubs already, however I can never get WiFi in my kitchen, my kids back bedroom & the back of the house. Does TalkTalk support whole home WiFi? I could really do with another hub for the mesh?… I have the 900mb full fibre package.

Thank You

I have been with other providers with WiFi 6 hubs, normally have the main and 1 or 2 extras to cover the home. With full fibre connection your main modem has to be connected to the ONT box which is located under your stairs where the electrics are. I cannot move this. That is not the issue, due to the size of my home I need another hub. The question is, will TalkTalk provide another one? I normally have 3 hubs when I was with Vodafone and Ee they provide the extras.

Hi @bunnysvan89 thanks for that info. Have you tried the Eero upstairs? Also do you have any Alexa products? Some of them can be enabled to act as extenders/mesh devices.

"currently located near the front of the house under the stairs"

That is why you are having issues the router is supposed to be out in the open not in a cupboard.

This is mentioned here -

I have moved it as far as I could without it losing connection from the main router connected to the ONT Box which is currently located near the front of the house under the stairs. Can’t move that unfortunately.

How big is your house?

I ask as it states below two eero's should be able to cover up to 3,000 sq. ft.

Hi @bunnysvan89 have you tried moving your second eero nearer to the back of the house?

How far, roughly, is it between the two eero currently?
