Order appears to have not gone through properly?

Hi,

 

I ordered TalkTalk future fibre on the 25th Jan using this email address and although I got a text from CityFibre for an installation on behalf of TalkTalk, I've not yet had an email confirmation from TalkTalk themselves, just emails saying I need to complete the order. Has my order gone through or do I need to redo it?

You will need to call us ON 03451720088 and speak to the future fibre team , I cant find any orders through City Fibre.
