Trying to upgrade from 500 to 900 but nobody will help me

I've spoken to 10+ people from the "future fibre" team who are unable to upgrade me from 500 FTTP (which I already have) to 900.

I spoke to one person who guaranteed the cost at £36 a month (without fixed price promise) and this is what I want. I had this logged on the live chat but then they cut me off before they could process the order. Since then nobody has been able to help me order it.

I would like an OCE to perform this upgrade at the agreed £36 a month.

Staff on the forum are not authorised to set up an upgrade for you, but they can investigate why there is some confusion about the possibility of upgrading and give you a clearer answer, @Gigabit.
