Re-activate an old Talktalk Eero on a different Talktalk account.

I currently have Fibre 900 - so I'm already on an Eero-enabled package and using both.

I've been given an additional Eero, which was originally supplied by Talktalk on a different account. They since left Talktalk and moved to a new ISP and the Eero was deactivated.

Is there a way for Talktalk to re-enable these yet? (SN is in my private notes if it can be done)
I'd love to be able to add it to my network and cover the last deadspot in the house.
(TalkTalk Live chat passes me directly to Amazon support, who very quickly say it can only be done by Talktalk).

Hello,

We can't re-activate an eero. If this was provided by TalkTalk as part of a package then the equipment would need to be returned if the service was cancelled.

Thanks
