Hi,
I've upgraded my router, but my Ring doorbell gen. 2 won't find my WiFi. It says it will o ly work with a 2.4hz network.
My router is dual channel 2.4 and 5mhz. Is there a way of setting up the router so the doorbell will see the 2.4 mhz channel. I looked on the router site and the 2 channels appear separate? I'm not very technical so didn't change anything.

What is the make and model of the router that you're using please and also which router were you previously using when the Ring doorbell worked ok?

Hi @Simon4848 if you were able to access the router gui (graphic user interface) to learn about the WiFi you might have been able to disable the 5ghz channel temporarily this should allow you to add the door bell.
