Replacement Router Request

Hello Talk Talk Support,
Can you advise me on how I can get a new TalkTalk router please?
I have an ADSL line and the router is about 5 years old - I am getting the following issues with it:
1. Wi-Fi is getting increasingly unstable - my devices keep getting booted off for a few minutes - this has gotten much worse over the past month.
2. The LED light on the unit has blown so I can no longer see the status of the router - not a big issue but I never know if it is turned on anymore or experiencing problems.
TalkTalk Tech Support have advised the router firmware is up-to-date.
I am happy to pay for a replacement but I just can't see where I can do this.
If someone can advise please.
