Hi,
Every since our internet has been "upgraded" to full fiber the router has been rubbish, even with a WIFI extender you guys sent us. Is there any chance of sending a replacement router out?

Thanks for your reply.
We have 2 options, I can either send a replacement WIFI hub for testing or I can try switching off the WIFI optimisation on your current router so you can try different wireless channels?
