Hi,

 

Having issues with my super router again, says we have internet connection but no internet, doing it on a few devices, have reboot and even factory reset a couple of times but it is stil doing it after a few days, anyway to find out if its had it?

It’s not the drop of connection through the cable, it’s more from devices to router, like Ring camera etc which led me to believe it was the router acting up, but it’s settled now, I will monitor and let you know if any more problems

If the connection does continue to drop then please let us know and we can arrange the engineer visit for you.

 

Have you tried the router directly at the test socket?

no it’s ok so far, the old router is back in and working fine, so will post back the new one which was sent out….

The line tests are clear but I can see re connections.

 

Would you like me to arrange an Openreach engineer visit to the property?

Hi Debbie, I have connected the old router and now having the same issues of connection again, can you check my line for faults please as the TalkTalk account screen tells me there maybe a fault with my Fibre?

If its a WIFI hub then this will need to be returned otherwise a charge will be applied for un-returned equipment.

 

If it's a HG633 or DLink 3782 then you can keep hold of this.
