I have signed up for Full Fibre and the engineer called to connect me. However he didn't have a router. Can you arrange for one to be sent to me please

Has the installation otherwise been completed? Do you have a recent model of TalkTalk Hub presently? if so you may be able to connect that using an ethernet cable between the WAN port on the router and the LAN port on the ONT to tide you over while waiting for the support team to respond.
