Running line test fails

Hi

My full fibre has died, I'm no longer getting a WAN IP address. The openreach fibre box is not flashing red.

 

When I run a line test it stops halfway and states:

We’ve run into a problem

Sorry, we’re working hard to resolve this issue.

 

Please try again later.

 

 

Help!

Thanks for confirming and I'm glad to hear this. TalkTalk support staff are here Monday to Friday and our members are here 24/7 and are able to provide general none account specific advice until we are back online.

Morning, this fixed itself over saturday night.

 

I was confused about the 24/7 support however, with no one from TT looking at this over the weekend?

@GeorgLee1994, could you start your own thread, as staff will need to look into your issue separately?

 

They won't be back on here before Monday. 

 

@wmorrish and @GeorgLee1994, make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.
