Hi
My full fibre has died, I'm no longer getting a WAN IP address. The openreach fibre box is not flashing red.
When I run a line test it stops halfway and states:
We’ve run into a problem
Sorry, we’re working hard to resolve this issue.
Please try again later.

Morning, this fixed itself over saturday night.
I was confused about the 24/7 support however, with no one from TT looking at this over the weekend?
