Incorrect package availability at my address?

Hi there,

We currently have BT Fibre Halo 1 with Digital Voice and Basic TV at our address. We are out of contract with BT so can leave no problem.

Before moving to Cornwall we were with TalkTalk for over 10 years and very happy with the service.

Problem is ever since we've lived here (direct FTTP was installed just weeks after we moved in) only BT say that fibre packages were available (we could have their fibre 900 if we wanted). In fact it still says that when we look up our address on TalkTalk and other provider's sites. The thing is, if you enter our neighbour's address they can have any fibre package whereas for us apparently we can only have old school broadband with TalkTalk?!

We did change the house name shortly after moving here as it was the same house name as our neighbours (with the owner's surnames distinguishing the two. As we didn't want to live at a house with the old owner's surname constantly attached to it we changed it!).

So how can we get TalkTalk to recognise that we do have Full Fibre at this address?

I'd like to have fibre, phoneline, and TV all with TalkTalk like we used to before moving. Is this possible?

Thanks,

James

Hi bsp41f

You may need to ask BT to submit an ordi request so the records are updated with the correct name, once its updated the availability checker will update.
