When I’m connected to the WiFi and click a link on my phone, it comes up with “safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found” if I disconnect the WiFi and refresh the page it works instantly. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello,
Ok thanks for trying this. Are you happy for us to send a replacement router to see how this compares?
Thanks

Hi Michelle,
I reset the router yesterday and left it off for a full afternoon whilst I was out and it still hasn’t helped the issue.

Morning,
Ok, thanks for trying this. Have you also tried factory resetting the router and then re-setting the router up again? If you've already tried this then please let us know and we can send a replacement router for testing purposes to see how this compares.
Thanks
Michelle

Hi Michelle,
I’ve tried this. Had it off all afternoon but it’s still the same error that comes up

Morning,
Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retest again to see if this is still happening please as this will reset the current session.
Thanks
Michelle
