Have run TT Speed Test, after the results it shows "speed to your router" mine just says "no data available" - How do I get it to display speed to Router - I'm sure I've seen this in the past but every attempt this week gives "no data"

Have tried logging into Router but nothing there

Morning,

This is one of our older routers. Would you like us to send a replacement router to see how the connection compares?

Thanks

Michelle

There is, but it's on the graphics of the router and click on internet from memory. However, that router is no longer supported, so I will get TalkTalk to offer you a replacement.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

Not knowing which router you have, you can easily find this out by logging into the router & looking in the initial dashboard area. The eero is slightly different in that from the app go to:-

Home > Internet

Scroll down that page & the information is there.

You can always disconnect whichever router that you have from the ONT & connect a wired device in place of it, directly to the ONT and do a speed test from there.
