As a customer from Shell Energy, not only do I NOT get the 150Mbps speed promised, but I can never seem to check my account as the website does not complete the 'we're just checking you account' page. It literally just hangs there.

For any problems with speeds, service, or your account, @Powderhound, you need to contact Talktalk directly on 03451 720088 or Chat, and ask to speak to the Shell Migration team.
They both reopen at 9am.
