I want to use Eero Plus and Amazon's Eero support team told me to ask TalkTalk support to remove TalkTalk's Eero Secure from my account so Plus could be activated.
The TalkTalk agent I spoke to didn't seem to know how to do this, or know who to refer me to.
Anyone know who I can speak to in order to get Eero Secure removed from my account ?

To be honest I don't know anything about it, I'll have to see what the product team say. This is the first time I've seen anyone request to have eero secure disabled

I'm assuming that once I've re-subscribed to Amazon's Eero Plus, I shouldn't reconnect the TalkTalk Eeros. Is that correct?

I should have added, it will help the support team if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account.

I should have mentioned that I have 3 Eero's purchased from Amazon and prior to joining TalkTalk I was subscribing to Eero Plus.
Adding the TalkTalk Eero switched me over to Eero Secure and stopped me from re-subscribing to Plus.

I am not sure you can remove eero secure from your TalkTalk account, although you can certainly disable it. Wait for the support team to advise further when they pick this up on Monday.
