Switching to Shell Full Fibre 100

Hi,

 

My contract ends of the 22nd of November, I've asked Shell to come install their router and full fibre on the 15th of November, am I correct in assuming this will not incur extra fees + that I don't need to inform TalkTalk as they're both on the FTTP OpenReach network?

The switching process for FTTP is not the same as standard FTTC, I would recommend calling us and advising the loyalty team you are cancelling this way we can be sure to cancel your billing account.

If, in your ordering process you requested Shell to handle the cancellation with TalkTalk that should be ok. If you didn't, you need to phone and speak to the loyalty team to give 30 days notice.

 

if you wish staff to look into, you are in their queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
