Hi .l have Fibre 150 and talk talk TV but have noticed l have the netgem 4k box but would prefer the new streaming box with Google that has replaced it. I do not like the netgem box as it is sluggish and the controller does not work very well .Can l get this box swapped for the 4k Google you view hub box that is given out  with fibre 150 now as l believe it's replaced the box l have?
