TalkTalk not appearing on my list of Wifi networks

Hi

 

I got connected to TT on Friday. My partner can connect to the router on her Wifi, but it doesn't appear on my list of Wifi networks to connect to.

To help you with this some more specific information will be required. Please answer these questions for me:-

 

  1. What make/model of TalkTalk router do you have?
  2. If you can't detect your own network, but your partner can, which band is she connected to, the 2.4GHz or the 5GHz?
  3. What is the WiFi card in your device that can't detect the network?
