Hello,
I purchased full fibre last year and did not receive a voucher as stated, upon contacting the company they require an order reference number starting with the letter N.
I cannot find this anywhere on any emails or under my account on here, please could this be provided?

Hi @Arne-TalkTalk - I have the same problem - only my broadband started as Shell Broadband.
I spent some time on the chat the other day to a support person called Asisipho.
After half an hour he decided he need to contact Shell and would then get back to me, but he never did.
Please can you help?
