How will I know when full fibre is available ?

I would like to upgrade to full fibre

I am aware that Openreach (or their contractors) are currently stringing fibre up (they appear to be doing the other side of my road at the moment) - so expect similar to be available in a short time to my property..

Will I be notified when it is available or just left in the dark ??

What does TalkTalk LLU mean compared to FTTC or is this just out of date ?

Hi Weevie

We do not get a schedule of when FTTP is available to sell, but the marketing team will notify you when it is.

To further answer your questions

LLU (local loop unbundling) speeds upto 24mbps

FTTC (fibre to the cabinet) speeds upto 64 mbps

Regards

According to the attached - FTTP is not available - but it IS through Jurassic Fibre etc - who have been running offers for the last 12months - so I don't trust Openreach to tell the truth - could you please check and confirm when I will be able to get FTTP ?

Thanks

Good afternoon,

Thanks for your post. Once Full Fibre is available then you should be able to see this in your My Account under Offers and Upgrades.

Thanks

Michelle
