How is this achieved? For example I want to my limit my son's access to his tablet between certain times of the night and morning so he actually gets to sleep and hasn't got his tablet distracting him on school mornings. Found this easy with the virgin router, not so much with this one. Can't find any how to wikis or step by step instructions with what links to follow once logged on the router, can somebody from support demonstrate how this is done please?

Hi @Talkapunta

This is very much dependent on the make/model of the router that you have. Please can you confirm & I will tell you how this can be achieved or not.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
