Unable to activate me EERO

I keep getting this message when I try to activate my EERO router. I connected all the cables correctly and created an account. I get to the stage where I name my WiFi and created a password while the EERO is blinking blue, then it doesn't find it and gives me this message. Both devices are connected to power but it just doesn't seem to work. Help please.

Yes that's correct- they're still on and the EERO is also still blinking blue

Thanks for trying that. And the Power and Ethernet lights are still the only two lights on, on the ONT?

Thanks for your time Chris really appreciate it.

 

I have tried that but I'm still getting the same error message. It doesn't find a Gateway when it searches using a Bluetooth connection so I scan the serial number instead and then choose the room in which my router is and name my WiFi and set a password. After I do all of that I get that same message I have uploaded yesterday.

Thanks Violet. Could you switch the ONT off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and check to see if you then have an Internet connection
