Hi when I took out the free upgrade in September 23, I have not had a landline, when I connect my phone to the router, my line is dead. No one from TT seems to be able to resolve the matter, or the continual flashing of my router from white to red. I have Internet but no landline.

@silverbird63, is this still supposed to be being handled by a Complaints manager?

Have you tried switching the ONT and and router off for 30 minutes, then retest, if not then can you give this a try and let us know how you get on
