I had full fibre installed on 09 Jan and my VoIP is not working..
1. How do I get talktalk to activate my VoIP ?
2. My account appears to show I have copper for my phone , this was removed by city fibre, how do I tell talktalk this as keep getting moved from operator to operator.

Did you apply for VoIP at the time of the order for full fibre?
Which make/model of router do you have & if it is an eero, have you also been sent a Grandstream unit as well?
