Hi,
I would like to get a work signal booster the second floor of my house is getting such a weak signal and considering we’ve bought a very good expensive package I don’t think this is very acceptable.

You just need a mains socket for it, Whilst Ethernet can be used, the normal connection between the eeros is over WiFi.

Hi,
would this need to be plugged into an Ethernet port as the only one we have is downstairs. We ideally need one that just needs plugging into a wall socket?

I thought that FF 900 got two eero Pro 6s, not the one. Either way @Debbie-TalkTalk is going to sort it for you.

Just the One we were supplied with it’s perfect fine in the room the router is however the room upstairs directly above it the signal is terrible.
openreach installed it.
