Hi @nikola77
Thanks for your reply.
The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
Debbie

Hi nikola77
This should not be related to the issue reported back in December as a fix was rolled out to resolve this issue.
I think it's best we replace the router again first, are you still happy for me to go ahead and order a router for testing?

Hi @nikola77
I can see a high number of re connections on the line. How often are you rebooting the router? (daily)

Hi @nikola77
@Debbie-TalkTalk has asked me to help you with WiFi issues, but I see in an earlier post, that it was affecting wired (Ethernet) connections as well. Is that still the case or is it wireless only that is the issue?

I got it in mid December. As far I can remember the was some issue with software. I know engineers fix that and the connection was stable for like 3-4 weeks.

Hi @nikola77
When did you last receive a replacement router?
Once of our Community Stars @KeithFrench offers really good advice on improving WIFI performance. Would you like Keith to take a look?

Hi @nikola77
Thanks for confirming this. Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out?

Hi nikola77,
Could you switch the router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

Hi @nikola77
I'm sorry to hear this.
The line tests are clear. Can I just check, do you have any wired connections? Are wired connections also dropping?
