Hi, does anyone know what the ongoing issue is? Since last night my wifi has randomly been dropping and not working despite all lights being on and the box being new. Did an in depth test on the website and they did say there’s an issue but no notes on what the issue is or how long it’ll take to be fixed, just wondering if anyone on here knows anything at all and could help.

You can also try using google DNS - 8.8.8.8  &  8.8.4.4  to see if this helps improve stability :

All lights stay on as if everything is working yes
