Just wandering if anyone knows what's happening about this wifi/ router issue?
I'm without wifi more then with today just getting so fed up of this now. And no updates from talktalk. Can't even get through to customer service or live chat.

Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

Hi yes. All lights solid. Connected but no Internet is what our devices say. So pretty much stuffed to do anything and it's been like this since thurs 12th. No updates either. Just hope this is sorted before Christmas.

Apologies, are you referring to the connection dropping but white light remains on the router?
This is under investigation with our Network engineers and they are working to fix this ASAP.
