I had an email from you telling me to contact you.

I called and waited while listening to the music. I waited some more and some more.

Then at 19.00 the music stopped and a message said that you were now closed. So much for 7 x 24 x365

There are no changes pending on your account, so its a good bet its a scam email report it to phishing@talktalk.net
