Hi all, well back to the free upgrade to future fibre well guess what everyone its not free, this has been going on since September 2022 , so talk talk have not got my bill correct since my swap to future fibre, i have been trying to get them to correct it, they tell me every time they try to correct it they say i have renew my contract to enable them to correct my bill,so of course you have to do it but they still have not corrected my bill, and i thought i was talking to the future fibre C E O Team just found i was not talking to the future fibre, so now i am talking to future fibre team but they have been no help at all, they are trying to say because i accepted the contract i can only have it at £28.00 per month as i told them i was told this was a free upgrade but they are not interested have any of you guys actually had a free upgrade to future fibre it would be nice to hear your opinions on this matter thanks

Sorry that you are unhappy.
Your complaint has reached deadlock and an ADR letter has been issued, therefore we will wait for contact from the ombudsman (CISAS) and a case file will be prepared.
I hope you get the outcome you want.
