fttp 150 not working after 2 days.

hi, we have had fttp 150 installed and after some installation issues with the pole and 3 engineers it got installed but didn't get activated, so I phoned TT and supposed to have it activated but its not working, the green pon light is still flashing on the ont, I'm not getting anywhere with TT on the phone, could someone assist please

i have replied to the pm,  I can't remember who installed it unfortunately, it wasn't openreach vans but it has openreach modem so possibly a contractor for them

From looking into this further I can see that this fault is with Openreach and they are requesting that we arrange an engineer visit to the property.

 

I'm just sending you a Private Message to confirm some details so we can arrange this visit.
