Following my Fibre500 installation I have been told that the Digital Voice App is not available in my postcode area. So my questions are:
1. Can someone setup Call Divert to divert my landline number to my mobile ?
2. Has my landline number been ceased, or could it be transferred to a external VOIP service provider ?
3. Are there any other options to retain the landline number ?

Hi
If you take full fibre, without a voip service, ten your copper line will cease as will your old number.
You may be able to transfer your existing phone number to an external VOIP provider, but there are no guarantees, you would have to see if the provider can initiate this.
There are no other options available.
