hi I'm moving home I don't understand why I'm getting all these e mails and text messages saying "sorry your leaving please stay"

also we may have pay a early exit fee

but we phoned up just say we have moved house and want to take the service with us and started a new plan with talktalk

 

I'm just confused about this

OK, where in the process are you? If you have moved already then the new owners at your old property may well be trying to set up their own broadband service. Did you contact TalkTalk in advance?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
