Hi,
I got my Fibre 500 today, downloading speed seems very good as expected however, the upload speed is between 1.5 - 7 Mbps. which is well under SLA (71Mbps) even though the speed test on eero app shows 35Mbps upload.
Also, no eero advanced security is enabled.

I used to get atleast 7Mbps upload across all of my devices, on fibre 65.

To verify the upload speed over wifi is being recorded correctly, can you open up the browser on your phone, type speedtest into the google search box and run the google speedtest.
does it show the same as the one you have been using ?

Yes! Tests were done just next to the eero and I have only one eero connected to the ONT.
I have connected my previous TalkTalk hub (Black router) to test. The result was the same as Eero.
I have tested at least 3 mobile devices (2 of them support wifi6) and 2 Windows laptops

If speed wired is ok, but still low over wifi , it could be wifi interferance or the device itself, or the router (Eero).
were the wifi tests done close to the eero ? Do you just have the one eero connected to the ONT ?

Hi Karl,
just done the speed test as you recommended.
Result - Sam Knows Speedtest
Download 521.1 Mbps
Upload 53.9 Mbps
Latency 3.4 ms
However, upload speed over wifi remain same.
How to fix it?

Can you try a wired speed test via Sam Knows Speedtest and let me know what the results show.
This will rule out a wifi issue.
