For a communications company, your communications require an overhaul. I have spent hours trying to get a new returns bag and label to return my old router and other bits of equipment which are all tied up waiting dispatch and weigh 2.2kg. You sent me an email urging me to return the equipment in the bag you supplied, but i have not received one. I had actually given up waiting and was about to take this old electrical stuff to our local council depot for proper disposal, but you are threatening to charge me for this old stuff. If you do, your invoice will appear in the small claims court. I have wasted hours and hours attempting to find someone to sort this out, but can not find any way to contact someone to do so.
