For a communications company, lack of communication is very annoying. You send me an email stating "The third option available for you is to move onto a new, matching Fibre 150 Data Only contract for £28.00 per month for another 24 months, with this plan, you can enjoy average download speeds of 152Mb/s. Click here ". If you do click there it shows a far higher cost. I have emailed to no avail but get endless messages telling me I can find answers on the website. NO I CAN'T. Aren't you interested in retaining customers?

You are best phoning 03451 720088 after 9am (closes 7pm weekdays, 6pm Saturday), @SWexshellcustomer, or use one of the Chat links.
That way you can make sure that no unwanted extras are added: or check whether there are discounted deals available for eg phone boosts, Supersafe, Voicemail Plus, TV etc.
