Second post on this subject - not sure if first went through.
Why have I had a text message to say CityFibre are installing Full Fibre and giving me an appointment next week. I have not requested this - I do not want it and I do not want to be bother wtih unknown people calling on me. What is TalkTalk doing about this and do I have to do anything myself. Please let me know what is going on. I have too many problems in my life to deal with this as well!

I cant see any orders on your account, but the faster FTTP service is available in your area?
Did the SMS say what date the engineer is supposed to arrive?

May have been a glitch on the forum.
Try phoning 03451 720074 to speak to the Future Fibre team, after 9am.
No, they shouldn't be bothering you with this. I will alert forum staff.
There were several instances of this a few months ago, and it was supposed to be stopped.
