I’m paying £16 per month for unlimited UK calls. I don’t want need or use this but when I go to ‘manage add ins’ to remove it as it claims I can do anytime it’s not there to deselect! And I can’t find a customer care email or phone number anywhere!
I think that you have to call the loyalty dept for that on 0345 1725157 or 0330 1278960.
